About Waipuna Estate
Waipuna Estate is a family-owned boutique wedding venue above the plains at Tai Tapu, about 30 minutes from central Christchurch, with native bush around it and views toward the Southern Alps. Every package includes exclusive use of the venue, the ceremony and reception spaces, tables and chairs, glassware, a sound system and an event manager.
Accommodation on the property sleeps guests and is included in all packages. Couples may bring their own alcohol and use their own registered professional caterers.
An all-weather terrace and indoor reception space keep the day running if it rains, and most areas, including the main reception space, lawn and terrace, are wheelchair accessible. Space is available for up to 85 seated guests or 100 cocktail-style.
